I believe Dwinelle Hall is the location of my academic department. Despite this information, I am convinced that the photograph that provides the background for this collage does not, in fact, capture me, as the person reading in a reclining position, but in fact captures an other living being, reclining, letting his shoes be captured by the photograph, which itself will allow, or at least be unable to resist, be used as a background for the collage - at most, being able to reinterpret, or allow the possible other interpretation for one who would be so able to interpret, as being more than mere background, but the very visual saturation of the collage. Oh, so much more than mere background!
